Every time that we see a painting or any other kind of art it is like we are able to understand a universal language through art. We are also able to understand different cultures because in creating art, consciously or not, artists are attempting to communicate at a powerful emotional level to those within their own culture. This is why art helps as a universal language — as a means toward understanding the history, culture, and values of other peoples. The use of the Arts to encourage and inspire cross-cultural competencies and the exchange of art can build synergy and harmony by creating a work of illustrative art together.

One doesn’t need to be an artist by profession, everyone of us is able to create art simply because art is the language that we understand with our heart, and when we use art to connect then we become artists.

And where is the magic of mail art?
Is it the waiting? is it the unexpected? I don’t know what is the magic but its a beautiful journey. I would like in the future to create more passports and i would also like to receive a piece of surprise piece of art and be invited to co-create. Its not just a piece of art but something more, it is the envelope and the stamps, it is the moment that you slowly open and it is the moment that you try to decide what you will add to it and later it is the moment that you will say good bye when you send it to a new destination but deep inside you know that the passport never goes away from you because you have it already shared.
